And on those sites, what data needs to be scraped? 2. You say an 'analysis engine' needs to be built, but I'm assuming that's simply some fancy verbiage to say that the 2 sets of data need to be compared, either for differences or otherwise. So what comparisons need to be made? 3. Setting up an email to go off when a condition is met is simple, so I would just need to know what conditions need to be met.
