social API - extract posts by keyword

I need to develop a PHP script to connect to some social APIs to extract public posts by subject (a keyword) and limited to a specified language and time period.
I need the script to retrieve the results and output a JSON with all the posts found. For each social platform there are some notes and I'd like a quotation split for each of them so in case I can decide which ones to kickstart. The platforms are listed by importance.
The desired call is something like [login to view URL] TO SEARCH&lang=it&media=FACEBOOK&datestart=2017-01-01&dateend=2018-01-01 and it should return a JSON with matching posts
I need it to extract data from Facebook but I don't know if it's possible or not with actual APIs, if not please provide the best alternative in your opinion.
(It could be extracting all the posts from specific public pages or public profiles?)

If an app is required, it's your task to create and go through application approval. We already have a Facebook app with public_pages permission approved.
