Need to build CRM Software with SMS Integration. Buyers of the software will manage their customer database, register customer details, a loyalty program can be run and will be able to send SMS to their customer. Prefixed SMS for birthday, anniversary or festival wishes and some automated campaign which can be scheduled accordingly. And custom SMS for special price offer, seasons sale or new stock arrival etc choosing customer in various categories. The customers will have their own Dashboard to their database and and can send campaign to their existing database. Customers may have their consumer data in their billing software and hence integration may be required. Each customer will have their login id and password to access their dashboard having their own database and also another centralised database need to be there where against a single key(phn no) the other details gets updated.
