This type of error can be produced by wrong http server configuration or some kind of a problem with installed software. Do you have access to logs? Where did this problem occur, you IPS was working fine and it suddenly started to throw this error or it's since the very beginning?

Doing a google search about invison power suite, I can see that it is written in php using mysql. we would need to turn on error reporting to find out what is causing the error. we also need to check the current version of the application which is been run. Also we could also check if there have been any changes in the configurations eg database connection settings. Or may be the server has upgraded to a new version of php and the application is written in an older version of php. if you are able to provide me with the log files I could be able to diagnose the problem and determine a solution.
