We have some web sites that were dormant & are being resurrected. These are using asp.net & one uses MS SQL server database. The database stores
some dynamic texts for the web site. Most of the critical key search strings for use by search engines are currently resident in the database.
We like you to evaluate the web sites for SEO-friendliness and make suggestions as to how the plumbing of the websites needs to be modified
so that eventually full SEO, SEM advantages may be retrieved. Advise adoption of any new technologies. We are open to any reasonable suggestions
including moving to non asp.net technologies, if a convincing technical case is made by you. Some SEO evaluation reports were created by SEO company but they
did not say anything about the technology migration or upgrades that may need to be done. Only talked about meta-tags to be redone, repositioned at strategic positions.
We can provide this report also, if requested. If you are an expert in all aspects of SEO, SEM (Whitehat & GreyHat only), Wordstream, PPC, Analytics for search engines,
Backlink plumbing analysis of web sites interactions with search engines, we invite you to apply.
We shall provide the web sites links to selected candidates and will give opportunity to re-quote if you so desire at that point.
Provide enough info in your initial response to help us make a decision about your suitability for this work.
You quote a bulleted price & delivery time for 1. initial preliminary evaluation report (grass root changes to the web sites), 2. detailed analysis report (Including but not limited to On-site & Off-site ,
relevant keywords/ backlinks/ metatags/Title tags/heading tags etc. list & locations) 3. recommendations 4. Cybersecurity 5. migration plan (include 301 redirects); separately in phase 1.
In second phase these recommendations will need to be implemented after our approval. We shall have you resubmit another quote for this work. This will entail performing SEO services for
3 months with option to extend monthly. We shall expect some measurable results from this activity.
Also, we need some miscellaneous changes done to the websites. If you can handle this, quote an hourly rate for maintenance service.
Please respond only if you are serious. Our budget is flexible.
Do not provide any irrelevant info, we shall provide you an opportunity later to do a sales presentation about the rest of your capabilities.

The page content is database driven & only shows on a user request.
Also there are detailed info product brochures that are PDF files. These files are resident on hosting co server & are linked via database. They contain critical keywords that are relevant to the particular product.
So the outside search engine will have no knowledge of this info resident in PDF files & databases & their very important relationships.
Just like the typical large ecommerce web sites page content are database driven & still the outside search engine somehow 'finds' the keywords or title words from their database. This functionality is very significant for us.
Advise what the website be built in, where should it be hosted, what database to use (if any), How the PDF files be designed, adoption of any new technologies. We are open to any reasonable suggestions
, if a convincing technical case is made by you. Also, how the workflow should be from end to end. We anticipate having about 400 software products on ecommerce site.
