Hello.

I want to create a Mailservice for double opt-in Newsletter. I search Hoster who have VPS + where you can book cheap IPs I need 20 - 50 IPs. I pay up to 1€ for a IP.

I hope somebody can held me with VPS + IPs or know a good Hoster and can share with me :)
