I need a plugin that will restrict new WordPress tags from being created if the user is a certain user group. If a new tag is added but not allowed I need to display an error stating why they can not add a new tag to their post. Ex: A user with the classification of Editor wants to add a new tag of bananas to their WordPress post but Editor's should be restricted to only using tags that are currently available so upon adding the tag of bananas the user should see an error message pop up stating that they can not add new tags and to contact an Admin.
