#. Need a lightweight, fast on web, mobile & PDA responsive, SEO friendly shop cart integrated “voluminous” Content Management System (CMS) which can accommodate/ facilitate (initially hundreds and eventually) thousands of pages. So it must be lightweight and smart from the ground up.

#. The CMS will be required to have facility of uploading metadata Excel in the back end. For example; Create a New Company (or edit Old) and then upload its publications which has been received from the publisher company in a pre-designated XLS format. [Will share the Excel fields on request].

#. Once Data is uploaded (each row representing unique Publication/ Research Report), Our back-end team will then assign categories/ sub-categories specific to each report (preloaded in to the website; list will be provided) before final publish/ approval. Once assigned/ approved, the data uploaded from Excel will then distribute across web pages. Each row representing a different report.

#. We prefer Wordpress so any updates which Wordpress might throw periodically mustn’t disturb the design and working of the website in even a slightest manner.

#. Each result being viewed by the site visitor in the front-end after "search" will have multiple categories, sub-categories to the left column. When clicked a particular report, the page should display related reports and categories, for up-selling. [Will provide reference links of other website on request].

#. There should also be a separate blog facility which can be handled using custom post types for news and articles.

#. No Patch-work; The solution must include professional design and support for making site live on an already running word-press domain.

#. Only those who are sincere and have experience and can provide samples of their work (comparable in volume & scale) will be entertained.
