Request for Quote Module

This feature will be used for requesting a quote for any customized service that does not have a standard price. Think similar to Freelancer.com's posting project feature and receiving quotes against it. This button will appear against services that are marked enabled for "Request for Quote" in our existing DB. When a person clicks on ""Request a Quote"", he will be given a screen to describe the issue in detail, specify rough project duration, specify whether he will need Material as well, Any specifications on brand/material to be used, upload pictures or video of the site that requires service, specify address and pin code. We will ask customer whether a site visit is required for this work? If he selects yes, then a section appears below (not pop-up). He can specify upto three site visit slots for vendors. Then, he can request a quote. Once requested, SMS will be sent to vendors serving this category (already backend is created for identifying these vendors) and this quote request will appear in vendor login who are available locally (within 10 kms) and had selected the service/category this RFQ was posted under. If less than 3 quotes revived and project is not awarded or closed/inactivated yet, then from job should send project reminders to available vendors everyday. Projects can be edited for parameters like site visit required, material required etc. They can also be inactivated completely and vendors will not see such projects. project history will be visible to customer too. Vendors also can view quote history for all projects, quote status, etc in login. They respond to quote in two sections - if customer had requested that he needs material, then he needs to add each line item of material that he needs (M Seal, Glass, etc he can keep adding, provide HSN Codes, Taxes, specifiy quantity and rate), then in service section he can specify labor charges in terms of number labors, days and labor charges per day to calculate total labor charges (Total will be visible dynamicaly updated for him to see before sending quotation). They will also have a text box where they can specify proposal for work. Vendor can also request a site visit (If customer had enabled site visit) before he submits quotation (Button should be visible where list of RFQs are there. EAch RFQ will have two buttons - ""Schedule Site Visit"" ""Submit Quotation"". SMS reminder needs to be sent via Chron job on the morning of the appointment and 1 hour before appointment. While requesting site visit, he can choose one of three slots - an email will be sent to requester that a vendor will visit in that time slot. After visit, he can click submit quotation and select material, prices, labor price, etc. as mentioned above. Any revisions to quotation will send email to customer. Any quotation submission will also send email to customer to review on website. After customer receives all quotes, he can review all quotes/proposals in a simple screen, select one proposal and add to cart for checkout. Checkout screen will show price and taxes. Checkout Should be compatible with existing integrations we have with ERP platforms like Coupa, etc. Checkout will route order for approval workflow module sending all quotes to approver in PDF format (from non-recommended vendors) mentioning which quote is recommended in simple screen. After approval workflow (already exists on website), only Final Vendor who has been shortlisted will see - ""Awarded Projects"" in his login and he will be allowed to download autofilled "Work Order Completion Report". It's a static PDF form with some fields that can be downloaded/printed and also accept signature via mobile touch screen digitally. He can download this and have customer sign it. Upload it in system for marking it as completed. If digitally signed, no need to upload obviously. Just that form with signature is emailed to signee. This report upload will also be emailed to customer and stored against this project for any downloads in future. So when a customer opens a historical quote, he can view Quotes they received, approved quote, and then work completion certificate with date of completion
