Phase 1: Using amazon's api, pull orders from our store (just one store) and put into Filemaker Pro. Filemaker pro to connect with push of a button. FMP database will contain all information to pull items for each order, a pick list, and print packing slips for each order. Tracking information will then be posted back to amazon, and email sent to customer saying item was shipped. Follow up emails sent automatically to ensure customer satisfaction, and elicit feedback. 2nd phase of project might include api that pulls postage from USPS via endicia/[login to view URL] and prints labels or envelopes directly with postage included. We ship worldwide every day.
