Summary of request:

We have setup Game Mine Queue (0003*009) and works currently as the main queue. A caller dials in our DID (currently 0xxxxxxx) gets routed directly to the agents available on the queue. If there are no available agents/busy, it goes directly to GameMine IVR (0003*012) which is setup to transfer to 19xxxxxxxx which is a general mailbox where our users have access.

Here is the initial request:

Conduct a database (probably 3rd party CRM) lookup against the mobile number of the customer calling in and perform a cancellation of Gamemine services for customers wanting to cancel their subscription.

As an example, can we identify the mobile number from the ANI of the incoming call or do we use the IVR and have the caller enter their mobile number using DTMF. Once the mobile number is obtained, either the VoIPNow API conducts a customer record lookup and validation and with an additional prompt cancels the subscription OR the IVR interacts with the Gamemine customer database to do the customer record lookup and validation and with an additional prompt cancels the subscription.

We have the API from the vendor ready. We are looking for someone who can reconstruct the IVR and integrate this API.
