I am PMP (Project Management Professional), a certification issued by the PMI (Project Management Institute).
I have vast experience in Project Management, including PMO Management (Project Management Offices) applying multiple methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
I’ve managed several software development teams covering the whole of the team life cycle (creation, career development, training, KRAs, KPIs). I have strong leadership skills and I have always been recognised as a mentor and subject matter expert for technical and non-technical topics, using effective delegation techniques, looking for innovation and collaboration.
From the communications perspective, I have a very good relationship with customers (C-Level and Final Users).
On the technical side, I worked as a specialist in Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL, Tuning) and Linux/Unix environments (bash, scripting, awk) with focus on critical process optimization and automation.
