Program a scrolling website in HTML/CSS .. not Wordpress

Firstly I will not respond to automatic responders who haven't read the project requirements or watched the animation to see how the site works. The site is to be programmed in HTML/CSS .. I do not want a Wordpress site. I require a one page vertically sliding website programmed similar to [login to view URL], ignore the video at the start, scroll down to see how I envisage the text and images within the site sliding into position, click menu to see how it slides out pushing all content to the right. Menu links are simple anchors to relevant content further down page. I don’t want the website to scale/compress if the user resizes the width of the browser window. There is an animation to include at the start, see attached file as example. I've uploaded a video to show how the opening animation works and settles on the first screen. This animation will run every time the page is reloaded not when one scrolls back up to the top.. The animation needs to load quickly and run smoothly. There is a simple horizontal slide show included on the page containing 8 images with left and right arrows. All the files are ready to go in .psd format, clearly marked, cut to size, layered and annotated. There will be a few text changes and image replacements. I want to use Myriad Pro Light for the text, this requires Adobe Type Kit be be active on the site. I have bought the font. I’ve want a simple rollover state for the Menu icon top left which I would like to rotate 90 degrees on rollover and remain when the menu is visible. The left/right arrow rollover for the 'Chauffeur Tours’ screen need to fade in/out on rollover. The menu on the the left of the slideshow should link to the relevant slide when clicked. A simple standard pop-up cookies disclaimer will need to be included .. graphics and text will be supplied. Attached is a flattened psd file for reference only showing all the 7 individual panels comprising the site. I require this to be finished by end of week if possible.
