Prevent Form re-submission on page refresh/reload with PHP

All I want is to prevent the HTML web form from getting resubmitted once the refresh button is pressed, now a using some dirty javascript workaround that disables the re-submission popup but sometimes it appears again so it's not stable/reliable. I have already tried using header('Location: [login to view URL]'); and some others but getting some error that headers are already sent. I have a PHP project written in pure php,html,javascript and I want to add this to three pages. The website is not online, so you have to have teamviewer, access my system and do it, so please dont bid in case you dont agree. This should be a quick fix hopefully so that's why the price should be between 30$ and 50$.
