Plugin Development - Rates and times table with touch and swipe functionality.

This is VERY urgent. We have 2 DAYS to develop the plugin. We need a manual done so that we can add it to the other pages. We need an entirely NEW plugin developed. We don't want to use what we have now. We are happy with how it looks but the original plugin was Essential Grid / Essential Grid Post grids / Shortcoder and we tried to adapt it to work the way we wanted it to. We have now realised that it isn't working because of javascript and jquery conflicts and over complicating the plugin and content. We want to simplify the entire plugin by creating a new one that does the same but better. The plugin needs to be easy to duplicate or replicate for other areas. Multiple grids are needed so that the various grids can be placed up to 4 times on a single page and across multiple pages. Another example where we need it to work would be ([login to view URL]) as you can see it's not exactly the same content but we need the same grid. All pages requiring the plugin to work at this present time are listed below. Desktop. 1. The desktop view has to look and load exactly the same as it does now. 2. Desktop needs to be equal heights as seen in the example.
