PHPBB Forum - Mod Customized - Need Auto RSS Posting Mod Changed

I am looking for someone to customize the following PHPBB mod for me: [login to view URL] It is an auto posting bot, that grabs text and images from many RSS feeds and posts them onto my forum. There are a few things that I need doing. Currently, the script uses 2 updating and posting methods. The first is to run the '[login to view URL]' script and make the forum posts when the forum index page is loaded - and the second is using a cron job to run the 'update script'. The run on index option allows you to set time intervals between posts for each different feed, and even if the feed is updated, it wont ensure that it doesn't make another post from that specific RSS before the allotted time. Whereas, using the cron job mode, updates all of the feeds, and posts all of the RSS info at the same interval, resulting in all of the posts from all of the RSS feeds being added to my forum at the same time. I would like to modify the script to use a mixture of the two, and run a cron job on the same interval all day, but where it will only post from that specific RSS if it has not posted from that RSS feed within the allotted time limit The script is opensource so you can have a look at it before you place a bid I am English, and would prefer someone with good English skills Thanks
