PHP/SQL application with AJAX/jQuery/ZPL

Goal We operate an online shop and a physical store. Stock levels of both are managed by a Gambio (os-commerce) online shop. The tool should allow to move products from one online shop to the other online shop (products should be reserved either for online sales or offline sales). Primary functionality: tool should list all (several thousands of) products (extracted from 3-5 MySQL-Tables) in rows. Colums should contain filters. On the left, there is the "Online Shop", on the right there is the data from the "Offline Shop". In the middle, there are arrows and a text field to allow movement of 1 or more products from one shop to the other one. Application should react "real-time" on modern Macs and quick internet connection. We don't have patience to wait more than 0.05 seconds after a click. Clicking many times and then having to wait after clicking "Save" is OK. All Movements should be tracked, so a "physical relocation overview" can be made for a "session". Both shops have the same Database structure. Future: Previous description is core functionality. In order to have full flexibility on our side, we will need several tools around this core function. Examples: - We will need to transfer newly added products, updated prices, discounts etc. from Shop1 (master) to Shop2 (slave). - We will need to manage batches of moved products. Edit a couple of times. Finalise the "batch". Print labels (using ZPL and/or generate PDF for A4 labels) for all moved products. Print an overview of all products that were moved in one batch. - We need to be able to add products to both shops that came from "nowhere" (from a supplier) instead of coming from one of the two shops. - etc. Wishes: We wish to find a person, that is able to quickly understand basic concepts (in addition to PHP, SQL and ZPL) and efficiently executing, but willing to stay within specification. We wish an application, that allows improvements in the future (well and flexibly structured, well commented code). We wish to find a person that will stay with us for additional future improvements. We would like to see a working version of the "core functionality". If both parties are happy, there will follow many more project
