PHP - List events of Google Calendar without composer

I have an own php (5.4) website with a calendar (mysql). I started to make the sync between my php/mysql calendar app with Google calendar. Now my site get the proper grant from user's calendar. Get and store the auth token, refresh token and it is able to refresh it when it is expired. My script also able to insert / update / delete events in Goolge calendar, but I'd like to make the sync two way. So I could also make the watch chanel and receive the "ping from google" when something changed in the calendar, but before I could do an incremental list I have to do a FULL SYNC, and that is the point where I stucked.
So I'd like to ask a help in listing events of Google Calendar to save my database.
My test environment is a XAMP with own domain and a comodo SSL cert. The production environment is a Google App Engine.
