PHP Content Curation Script

I have a small project I would like to find a developer for. It’s a small personal project for a media initiative I’m working on. I want to build a very basic model and then potentially do some further build out eventually. It’s news article curation tool that would read in file names to process from a master file table, these formatted templates files would contain HTML layout and keywords, these keywords would be used to curate articles while the script is running, and then publish formatted HTML layout and curated content in the output file. The keywords would appear in different parts of the template with some type of indicator (example [%iPhone%,5]) which would go curate 5 articles and write the results directly into the output of the template being processed. Said differently ... Script gets run > opens template file> opens output HTML file > script searches for keywords within template > articles are curated news source based on keywords> the HTML layout within template is generated with curated content populated into output HTML file > output HTML file is closed > user views completed HTML file which has layout and curated content within it. Script runs one or twice a day producing HTML file. Users visit the domain throughout the day and view most recent HTML file.
