Perfex CRM Customization

Hi, I purchased Perfex CRM (+ Accounting module & Purchase module) in Codecanyon. And I want to have some customization for my business. Here are what we want to have: 1. To code it and set it as a offline program No any auto email sent by the Perfex as we only need an offline program, especially NO any email send out to customer Moreover, the quotation, invoice, purchase order are auto set as "sent" when created (now we need to set it one by one everytime). 2. Auto-Generated number As the invoice, quotation, Purchase order was already auto-generated the number, we would like to have a extra auto-generated number / code to (1) customers (2) vendors (3) Journal voucher (4) Sales / Income Transaction (5) Expenses Transaction (6) Project We can set the auto-generated prefix in setting or somewhere else. 3. Enhance Project functions - We want to enhance project functions, especially to count the project revenue. - We want to auto-generate a new project code in sequence (as per point 1 requested). - We want to print a project report by all income, expenses, vendor name & code, details, IN & expenses payment status, total project gain / loss amount. etc. When create a project, we would like to have that details: project no. (auto-generated), customer, project name, start, notes (we dont need: billing type, total rate, quoted hours, as we are selling a product, not service). In the "invoice" & "purchase order" & "expenses" we would like to choose "project" (and we hope to easy search the "project") to connecting for both revenue & cost. Some cost we dont have purchase order, so, we want to add expenses on it (will deeply explain in point 5) For the project setting, we dont allow customer to view anything, so, it can be ignore (same function as point 1) 4. Enhance Purchase order function - We want just simple, to add purchase order like the way to add invoice (free flow to add) - Same as invoice, we just want to know the payment status of purchase order - We want to add picture for purchase order (as per point 7 requested). Remarks: We can settle the purchase order (no more purchase request, invoice, contract, etc) just only purchase order in accounting module 5. Enhance Expenses function - We want to have auto-generate no of expenses (same function as point 2) - We want to connect "project" by the expenses - Expenses category are auto connected to the chart of account 6. Enhance Accounting Module We want to have some enhancement for the accounting module: - Auto generate the transaction code which now we have to input by ourselves (as per point 1 requested). - Receivable: We can record 1 payment for different invoice - it can be more easy for us to make the bank reconciliation - Payable / Expenses: We can record 1 payment for different Purchase orders - Payable / Expenses: We can choose the payment accounts, and related accounts in the payable transaction ** Remarks: Receipt function keep unchanged, we can print the receipt by choosing that invoice 7. Add picture to invoice / purchase order We want to allow us to add a product photo when we create an invoice (for your information, we seldom use the "product" functions, as our products all are tailor made, and every products are different, so, the product function for us is useless) 8. Customize the invoice, quotation, and purchase order format in PDF
