Online Survey Tool

I want to develop a web survey script/tool that allows me to create an online survey for statistical calculations : ** Ready to Pay for that 250-300$ ** You can use any Cms/platform that you think is good for creating this 1- the script should have Admin area interface for creating the survey 2- Each Survey should have an interface for creating Population Sample Groups. **You need only to give me interface for creating the Group and naming it and to be able to tell the script the number or percent of participates is needed for each Group. ( Groups Purpose is for statistical calculations and it's not complicated - example: Survey for ages 18-35 that need 500 participates from a country that its population (55% Males, 45% Females ) will be split into 2 groups. (Group 1= 275 participates: males 18-35, Group 2= 225 participates: Females ). That's effect 2 main things : - Results Calculation ( Each Group takes its Percent from the total result). - I am able to tag the URL of the poll with Group Name ( this way the script count the participates from each group come to the script and stop allowing new participates when it reach needed participates number that was set at group creating. - People can View The polls or Surveys by Direct Link only ( No website to browse ) - The script checks the referrer URL for a UTM tag. if the referrer URL doesn't include a UTM tag the script show " Access denied". - The survey can have more than a question - there are three types of questions ( Answer Select, Multi answer Select, typing answer ) - Answers can be images. - switching from a question to another should be automatic when the user selects ( as on [login to view URL] as an example ) - it should support RTL languages and UTF-8. - results can be shown only in the admin area. - I need the ability to allow entering poll for those that come ( referrer ) from specific URL. ( people can't show the page of the poll by direct link ) - I want the poll to work for specific groups only and to divide and limit the number of participants of each group or percentage ( Each group Gets a specific URL / referrer to come from - this way we count it). - I want to be able to get the results of each group. - I want to be able to create a kind of reliability questions ( questions that we know the right answer for them for each group when a participant select another answer than the one he should answer, the system flag this participant answers and his results doesn't count). 13- the tool should be secured ( Secured admin area, users cant show or browse polls without coming from the referring URL that specified, the page can't reload/refresh, a user can't stay at the page for a long time ) - a Timer is an option to end the poll and throw the user. - Live Results Area For Each Survey with Option to filter according to a group.
