We are a Paris-based start-up having B2B & B2C customers. Our products are high-end / luxury, international footprint. We are curently using a WooCommerce platform as a B2B store which has been lacking maintenance so far and and has technical issues as recurring errors, lag, etc. Additionally, we would like to develop it as a platform for our B2B clients as well as a simple ERP. The objectives are: 1/ Firefighting "Sanitize" the current platform: understanding what are the causes of the main issues (slow server response, multiple recurring errors - may be caused by malfunctionning Wooommerce add-ons) and come up with fixes. 2/ Build capabilities Activate / Set-up the requested functionalities: 2.1/ B2B platform: client validation, B2B quotes, payment, etc. 2.2/ Inventory management (merged B2B&B2C) 2.3/ Installing specialized add-ons (shipping) Interactions can either be in French or English. We are looking for someone part of the team, responsive, detail oriented. We are welcoming ideas and innovative approaches in order to reach our objectives. The executive team.
