Hi there, I am looking for good experienced Android app developer for my new project. This is a little simple app, but it includes some important features : 1. Login with mobile number ( otp verify ) / No password. 2. Posting new items with image. ( images should save in server ) 3. Notification to app users for new item post. 4. One broadcast screen for admin posting text & images. ( Only Admin can post, view option only for viewers. ) 5. Broadcast ( topic ) messages should send only who verified their mobile. ( Logged in user ) 6. Admin only permit to add new mobile numbers ( users ). So no registration process. These are the major points, than need some small features like post delete, user delete option for admin. 7. 3 parts In this app. 1 - guest, 2 - Users & 3 - Admin [ So screen not allow for guests, some features not allows for users, I explained in it project file. ] * All xml ui layout designs are done, you can use it. * You can use Java or Kotlin in Android Studio. * 80% php codes also done, you need to write php for sending fcm topic messages and upload images in to server. * I have detailed project copy, i will share selected freelancer. * Please mention your correct bid and timeline. * Milestones releases only after project fully handover with source codes.
