need urgent features in my osclass script also need basic guidance to manage my site.

hello i have some basic features in my osclass script, need to add some other features which are not shown in admin panel;

1. if i delete user, there should be option to delete this user's ads etc or assign it's data to another user as this option we see in wordpress.

2. there should be option in admin panel to auto relist website ads by setting time in minutes/hours/days. (admin should be able to set the option to auto relist every minute or every 2 , 3 minutes to auto relist categories for all users, all categoires OR specific users, and specific categories with enabling auto relist feature ads option or disable it.)

3. need widget area under seach boxes both sides of main content (rightside/leftside) and footer area above and below footer area to ad links / images / announcements / specific categories links / specific users ads.

4. now my site show auto complete box for region and city while posting an ad. i want to show region and city as dropdown after selecting a country.

5. phone number should be shown on item page with good looking design, now its simple one.

6. there is plugin for facebook login, need to activate that properly, coz when i do it, it shows error.

want immediate start to finish.

Note: site should not get any errors bugs while adding these features.
