I need someone to install a script for me onto a VPS

There is a video CMS I need to install. I have had it installed in Ubuntu 16.04 with PHP 5.6 but it no longer seems to work, as I keep running into trouble when disabling php 7.0 now. I just need this script installed: [login to view URL] And the setup instructions for it are: 1) Copy all files from archive into project root folder (a project root folder is either a domain root, or a subfolder under a domain root). 2) Create empty MySQL database and run /_INSTALL/[login to view URL] script for it. 3) Specify MySQL database connection details in /admin/include/[login to view URL] file. 4) Update /admin/include/[login to view URL] file with the following changes: a. Replace "/PATH" token with full server path to project folder without slash at the end (for example, /usr/path/to/[login to view URL]) b. In $config['server_type'] setting set "apache", if your main server works on apache without nginx c. In $config['php_path'] setting specify PHP path (required) d. In $config['ffmpeg_path'] setting specify ffmpeg path (required) e. In $config['image_magick_path'] setting specify imagemagick path (required) f. In $config['mysqldump_path'] setting specify mysqldum/p path (optional) g. Remove $config['memcache_server'] and $config['memcache_port'] settings if you don't have memcache installed 5) Set file system permissions. Run [login to view URL] from /_INSTALL folder, or set them manually as follows: a. /tmp [777 for this folder] b. /template [777 for this folder, also 777 for all subfolders and 666 for all *.tpl files recursively] c. /contents [777 for all subfolders, no need for the folder itself] d. /admin/smarty/cache [777 for this folder] e. /admin/smarty/template-c [777 for this folder] f. /admin/smarty/template-c-site [777 for this folder] g. /admin/logs [777 for this folder, also 777 for all subfolders] h. /admin/data/advertisements [777 for this folder, also 666 for all *.dat files] i. /admin/data/analysis [777 for this folder, also 777 for all subfolders] j. /admin/data/config [777 for this folder, also 777 for all subfolders and 666 for all *.dat files recursively] k. /admin/data/conversion [777 for this folder] l. /admin/data/engine [777 for this folder] m. /admin/data/other [777 for this folder] n. /admin/data/player [777 for this folder, also 777 for all subfolders and 666 for all *.dat files recursively] o. /admin/data/plugins [777 for this folder] p. /admin/data/stats [777 for this folder, also 666 for all *.dat files] q. /admin/data/system [777 for this folder, also 666 for all *.dat files] r. /langs [777 for this folder] All required permissions will be checked by audit plugin, and you will be able to see if you did anything wrong. 6) Schedule /admin/include/[login to view URL] once a minute. The script should be executed from the folder it is located.
