Need Someone Fast At PHP and experience with E-Commerce & Payments (experience with Square a bonus)

Hi there. I need a fast, smart developer to help me do some things in basic PHP + HTML, etc. I specialize in building e-commerce websites and I want a dev who can help me tweak and make a couple of quick, new solutions/scripts for my Clients (and to get new Clients).
I can pay you by the hour, but I want someone fast, honest and who'll check in with me a lot and show me their progress, so I can make sure we are staying on budget. ie. I don't want to spend a lot on this project just yet. Let's get it done and out to a few Clients then see if they like it first.
Note: If you have experience with the famous payments company Square's technology or API then that's a huge bonus.
1. I have a Shop and Checkout experience that is almost all API-based and I want to tweak it to make it more easy to setup for different clients. We usually have to pass various things like a Client Token, Location ID, etc to the script to make things work. It's super tedious. If everything is not done exactly correctly when you try to make a successful purchase then it will error out. So I need some basic improvements and error messages to make this thing easier to re-use for clients. So I'll show you the elements we change for each client (like the token, etc) and where they are in the code. Oh and we sometimes use a .env file too.
2. I want to also make a VERY simple version of this Shop and Checkout that's basically like 1 page (maybe 2 or 3 at the most). So, like basic HTML + PHP.
Page 1 would be all the Categories and Products/Items (with a cart)
Page 2 would be the Checkout page
Page 3 would be the Payment Form
But, for page 1 - FYI - it's all database or API driven now (I have both versions)... I want to make a new hard-coded version (ie. a static, HTML version).
Honestly, it should be very easy. I'll show you what defines a product and give you some real products to use. Then this static version should work just like the 2 dynamic versions (ie. database version and API version).
So you'll literally hard code the products/items then make the page a form, so it passes the "order" (ie. items that were added TO the Cart) TO our payment script. I actually have a Cart setup with the old JCart (which we've improved over the years)... and I think you can literally just structure the Products with Variations and Add-Ons to be the same as our dynamic structure, so they pass right into our existing cart.
We basically are trying to make a stupid, non-database version of our Shop that can be downloaded and installed in minutes by us or a client with only a few products/items.
