Need a program that can import csv to woo commerce.

We have a very limited csv file that gives us the product number, name, inventory amount, and price. We will need to take this without the pictures and have an import tool import them into woocommerce. We will need to add the pictures of the products after we do an import. We need to make sure as we do an import that it doesn't remove the pictures we do by hand. We are attempting to have a live online grocery store so we need to make sure that the products import inventory amount works well. Once a week we will need to take this CSV and update inventories only.
Our main store we need to import this to is [login to view URL] which has woo commerce installed but isn't using the products from this database.
