Need PHP/Postgres/Nginx app loaded from GitHub

I will provision an Amazon AWS server for this. I would prefer that it works with Apache initially rather than NGINX. Will likely use Amazon Linux. Freelancer will need to install PostgreSQL and any other packages needed to complete the installation.
