Need Online Template / Model For Calculation for Break Even for a Small Trucking Business

Hi, I have a small trucking business, I need to develop an EXCEL model where I plugin the numbers and I get results. There are Fixed & Variable costs in our business. Fixed Costs per trip remain unchanged, where as the Variable Costs vary per trip. I need a working model where I plug in some variables like No. of trips, Destination, Maintenance etc and the result I expect is 1. The Truck Break-Even for that MONTH 2. The No. of Trips it took to Break-Even 3. Profit / Loss for that MONTH 4. The system must enable data entry for unlimited No. of trucks and generate automatically the Grand Total Profit / Loss generated 5. I should be able to add / delete any variable 6. Suggested Solutions Have to Highly Scaleable 7. I need truck-wise profit / loss for any period like Month, Quarter, Yearly etc. The system must save all data entered to generate the required reports for period entered. 8. All reports / results & inputs need to to downloadable & Emailable in Excel Format. I will need the entire SOURCE CODE from the developer , This job that you complete will form a part of bigger website.
