We are building a client portal in Joomla that allows our clients to send SMS messages using AcySMS - [login to view URL] We need a plugin that will use AcySMS' API and Joomla's API to send SMS messages in AcySMS via cURL requests from external systems. A cURL request from an external system will be authenticated via credentials in the plugin's database, then will create an SMS in AcySMS using the user details, recipient group or recipients and message text passed in the request and send the message or add the message to AcySMS message queue. Bidders should be able to show other custom Joomla plugins they have created previously and should examine the AcySMS documentation before they place a bid.
