Our Client has a multi vendor market website designed and built in wordpress using Dokan our client has extensive requirements for a advertising function on the website i will outline the key areas to focus on below more detail will be shared once NDA has been signed
LOCATIONS/COVERAGE
We shall have 3 coverage options
1. City
2. State /Province
3. Country wide
Each coverage area is priced differently and will be monthly subscription - and the pricing will be easily
configurable by Admins.
2a. Page Location
If a vendor chooses city coverage, any visitor to that page from that city should see the ad on
home page, a visitor to the site from another city wont see it unless they search by that city.

If the vendor chooses Province/ State, a visitor from any city within that state should see the ad
on the Home page, but a visitor from another State won't see it unless they search by that State
If vendor choose Country, anybody from anywhere within that country should see the AD on
Home page but not from another country unless they search by country
2b. Content Type
Types of content:
1. Banner, image, etc just showing their brand logos with no link to redirect to any website
2. Banner, image, etc with redirect to their site when when visitors click
3. Banner, image, etc with downloadable coupon (which you already captured)
2c. Banner Display:
2 options of fixed and scrolling banners (when ads are too many)
admin should be able to change sizes and pricing information.
PPC – even though we are not activating pay per click options mentioned by we want to have it but disabled
Organizations should be able to subscribe for monthly paid ADs and sell on the platform but will be
required to have 2 accounts.
With monthly ads, the platform will have partnerships (Agents) (like Franchisees on GetIntheLoop)
who have subaccounts and can register organizations.
o Agents will be able to register organizations on the platform and view all registered
organizations and commissions on their dashboard.
o Agents can help organizations that they onboard set up their accounts and store
management.
Each organization can have a maximum of 10 advertisements on the platform at a point in time.
Ability for organizations to make upfront monthly, quarterly, and yearly payments.
Organizations should be able to change subscription/advertisement placement payment types
as desired.
Notifications about payments and reminders about upcoming payments, should be sent to
Agents and Organizations.
The countries in scope are Canada, USA, UK, and Nigeria; and state/province/city within each.
