Modify ionic app with cakephp backend

I have a mobile app for ordering grocery online and manage the delivery, the app was built using ionic and it depends on backend (server side) which was built using Cakephp with mysql database. The app is missing some features which I need to complete within few days, as phase one, we need to do the following:
1. Validate user input during registration phase.
2. Verify user e-mail during sign up and activate account once he clicks on the registration e-mail.
3. Add extra field to the registration form (drop list) to get the user area where he lives.
4. Add a forget password option, to reset user password and send it to his registered e-mail.
5. Add feature to allow users to register and login using social media accounts (Facebook and Google).
6. Re-design two windows on the app and admin page on dashboard, where the user select the shops category and shops names, to include a space for Ads on the upper part, ADs will be managed by the admin dashboard.
7. Send push notification (preferred by onesignal) for user once he place a new order, and once the shop received his order, and when the order is out for delivery, and to send a notification once the order is delivered and get user feedback/rating on a new window and save it to be displayed later by admin on dashboard.
8. Send push notification to admin and modify admin dashboard to include a flashing counter for new orders received.
9. modify all the text in the app to be able to translate it later into another language (Arabic) through mapping English words in the app to Arabic ones in a text file.
10. Create a new layout/design of the app to support right to left.
11. Prompt the user with first login to pick the language preferred and save it, and save it in future and auto load the selected language with every login.
12. List of shops must be displayed based on the user location Lat/lng (shops within 5KM from user location) using GPS.
The above is considered as phase one of the requirements, winner freelancer will be hired for long term to complete the next phases.
