Modify existing news blog site in wordpress/php

Please read the project details carefully before quoting amount or placing a bid for same. Looking for wordpress theme/plugin customization, php and sql expert to update/add and modify existing website who can do theme/plugin customization and php coding. Should have in depth experience in User roles and responsibilities customization in wordpress Those who already had an experience in wordpress news blog sites will be preferred. Should be able to support us also after site update/modification done in future if required. There are 2 sites. 1> News blog designed in Newspaper theme (Target Site) Post are displayed under various assigned categories. 2> Content management site to manage blog articles. (Source site) 3> user roles --> Writer / Admin / Super Admin Writer sign up, update profile Admin assigns article, writer accepts writes and submits to Admin Admin approves/disapproves the same and publish to target site with defined categories. Super Admin: Defines roles and responsibilities, create/modify/delete writer profile, create/delete/update/modify Admin profile Defines target sites where article needs to be published through FTP Target news site --> Displays all articles as per categories Target news site --> Displays all articles as per categories Customization of Newspaper theme, Integrate plugins like Jetpack, Yoast SEO with TinyMCE editor You should be an expert in customizing theme and have indepth knowledge of wordpress/theme, php, mysql, roles and responsibilities
