I designed a similar system for a construction company. Since you have a GSM based connectivity I can develop you a MQTT based server which will collect data from all your devices and will push data into database. The sql database will be properly structured. Since I am a Embedded System Developer I van also help you with hardware programming and setup. I have my own MQTT and HTTP based IOT servers and could give you a demo too. I have been working on IOT based services and products for quite a while now Would love to hear back!
