Making Youtube to mp3 Website.

Hi,
As mentioned above. I am recreating the old youtube to mp3 site. There will be minor changes in the site but overall the impression and interface of the site would look like same.
The site is easy to make and i know there are already bunch of free scripts available already online. But i know that making unique from oneself would be better as per your desire.
I hope that i get reasonable quotations.
The detailed design idea and clarification would be given later when i select the person.
