Magento eCommerce Website for Grocery

I need a custom php eCommerce website app for price bargaining.

You will have to go through reference websites and apps.

One our website and app, there will be a feature, where people will select any product our website with price mentioned overe there.

When customer will select best deal button, it will fetch best price of same product from all over websites and should show lower price with the website product link.

After checking the price also, customer will have 2nd choice of bargaining the price with local shopkeepers listed with us. For which customer will select atleast 10 shops and markets and will send query to them. That query will be sent to shopkeepers and a countdown timer will start. Shopkeepers will will have to reply to that price with there price for that product. As and when they reply, it should reflect on customer panel that this is the best price, this shopkeeper is offering.

Then customer will make the payment and product should get delivered to that customer within 6-24 hours. Delivery time should be displayed with all the products, some products will be delivered within 6 hours and remaining will be delivered within 6-24 hours.

There should be multivendor features in the website.

All the shopkeepers will first list their products, upload images on our site.

It will go to admin, admin will check them and approve or disapprove and after approval only it will go live on website.

If disapproved then shopkeeper should get msg and mail that your listings are disapproved for this reason.

If listings are approved then also shopkeeper should get message and email that listings are Live on website.

We like you to first check this Pricemap and Arzooo website and add all the features in our website.

Our website/app should be very quick and fast. It should be bug free.

My budget for this website is 5K INR.

You will have to check PriceMap App and website and app for your reference.

You will have to give a Popup when any user open the app for very first time.

In that Popup it should ask for the Pincode of the user, if our services are not available in that area then it should show that our services are not available in your area.

We want our services to be offered on 100 Pincodes only between 110001-110099.

There should be Google and Facebook login feature.

There should be Push notifications.

You will have to design a beautiful logo.

There should be Otp authentication also.

There should be Merchant Panel App.

There should be Customer Dashboard.

There should be Admin Panel also.

Frontend and Backend with Database you will have to develop.
