Looking for someone to fix a bug in a piece of software that was created by another Freelancer -- 2

We are looking for someone who can have a look at a piece of software that was created for us. I have attached the initial brief so you can familiarise yourself with what the project does. The project was sent to us and the freelancer fixed a couple of bugs however left us with a non functioning programme. This should only take about an hour to fix, I do believe it is a simple job once you are familiar with how the software was written and what it is programmed to do. We also found that the programme was not able to export spreadsheets- this is what the previous freelancer came in to originally fix before they left us with a non functioning prog. Initial brief: We require 2 pieces of software to be created: One will be a type of database in which all film titles are recorded, including details of assets held for each title (details of this in attachment). Films can be searched by title or key words and once a film title is selected, asset details will be revealed. A reverse search will also be possible whereby you search for assets required and a list of film titles matching with your selection will be shown. The second program will hold information on the deals made for each title (client, country, platform, terms etc....). An advanced search tool will allow you to input selected terms and a list of available titles will show for all titles which do not have these terms selected. More details attached.
