I am looking for someone to be in charge of helping customers with their WordPress Sites

This is kind of an odd project, but I have been tasked with finding someone to work for our company on an ongoing basis with WP sites. Essentially, it comes down to this. We are going to offer free WordPress sites and hosting to our customers. The person we hire will setup (deploy), set permalinks, setup Yoast, help with calendars, contact form, etc. There will be "some" design and layout assistance but for the most part this is a job where we want the customers to be in charge of their own websites. They will make the changes, they will make the updates, they will take care of their pictures, etc. The correct hire will be someone who thinks proactively. Someone who can make instructional documents or videos to eliminate most of the redundant questions. The main emphasis of the theme will be nightly rentals in homes so calendars will be a nice touch. Most of this stuff can be found already made on the internet in the forms of plug ins you can download and install. I would expect a theme to be used and it would be great if the theme was reusable and then customized per the customers wishes. Your hours of operation MUST be friendly to the United States where most of my clients reside. This is not a situation where they will e-mail you what they want and then wait on you to get back with them. This will be handled in live communication and all payments come from me. Your english must be very (exceptionally) good to understand what the client wants. Maybe they already have a website and just want it hosted with us. You will be required to assist them getting the site transferred over. The person we hire will be very comfortable with all things WP. I realize that WP has MILLIONS of designers and coders out there but, we need someone who is customer friendly, able to work in our time zone, and is able to handle a large amount of work that will cover months.
