There was this one project where the vba allows automatic sending of emails and then there is another project where i automatically create milestones. This look like the combination of both. Hello, I created a very similar "to-do" list in an Excel workbook for an accounting office in the hospitality industry a few years ago. I have the file still and can either work from it or from anything you already have, or from scratch, to complete this project quickly. Some features that were very helpful were as follow: 1) To-do dates automatically update based on what is already done or not done, "today"'s date, and other relevant criteria. 2) Tasks are automatically shaded based on to-do, in progress or done. 3) Tasks are ordered and grouped in the order they should be completed and can be hidden or displayed so that only items ready to be done are visible. 4) Drop down lists and/or data-validations are used wherever possible to eliminate entries that will cause errors in any formulas 5) A quick summary/percent done view for each project individually and for all projects combined
