Hi It looks like, either, 1. You have a misconfiguration in fstab 2. You have got some corruption in that VG/LV I can try to troubleshoot and fix the problem and i hope it will clear with alternate superblock

As per your screen shot the server stuck during the boot process due to file system error on one of the drives. I can help you to correct this error without any issues.
