Laravel Project - Debugging + Laravel Sail + AWS & GitHub Actions DevOps Pipeline Setup

Looking to engage a senior laravel developer with: 1. Experience working on laravel projects for over 3 years, 2. Integrating docker with laravel via laravel sail, 3. Knowledge on shipping containerized laravel projects, and 4. Setting up a DevOps Pipeline on Amazon Web Services (AWS) integrating Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions. The jobs listed above are essentially around debugging and bug fixes, updating an existing but outdated laravel project, dockerising the laravel project using laravel/sail, and setting up a DevOps pipeline with staging and production servers on AWS integrating Git/GitHub and GitHub Actions as both the source code control system, and the CI/CD pipeline automation workflow. The project shouldn't take the developer(s) more than a day to complete the above said jobs. The tasks are lightweight, and quick to resolve, hence, no more than 3 hours should be enough. Breaking down the above jobs, and estimating the time required per job, the total cost for the project is budgeted USD$110.00. There are additional jobs, that include actual development of new but pending features of the same laravel project you'll be working on to debug and fix. If the freelancer's performance is up to par and of quality, we will retain him/her to continue on with more advanced development work. This is a quick job that requires a developer who can not only do his job exceptionally well, but importantly can also effectively communicate issues, client requirements, and ideas regarding the project. Also - it's important to note that the preferred code editor / IDE of the developer should be in VS Code. Furthermore, the developer must have experience working with and collaborating via the VS Code Live Share extension, as we will require him/her to review our code on our local dev environment, ensuring that we stay on top of things.
