Kannel Installation and Configuration as SMPP Server

I want Kannel installation and configuration with the following facilities:

1. All users connecting to my server as SMPP Client would be checked via mysql. It means Users will be in mysql database and Kannel will check if the user is authentic or not only through mysql.

2. All messages coming from users to kannel will be saved in mysql and message id would be generated from there would be given back to client

3. Users binding for receiver will be given delivery through mysql as per message id generated there

I don't need the SMPP Client in Kannel as we have our own SMPP Client and would be delivering messages from there. I would need a documentation of the project explaining step by step guide for next time integration and configuration and also to make changes accordingly.
