JSON script to update data through API - php & shopify

We need an expert programmer to write a JSON script to automatically change data through API. We have a Shopify online store & using one APP called Order Desk to manage the order & send to our carrier. But we want to make some of the manual work automated. The APP company provides us API document, but we need someone to work on it & setup it. here is the API doc: [login to view URL] What we need to achieve: If someone placed an order for a bundle item(has no SKU) which contains a Red Pen(SKU: red) & a Yellow Paper(SKU: yellow). Under the current system, we need to add each item Red Pen(SKU: red) & Yellow Paper(SKU: yellow), and then delete the bundle item in the order. Then press send button, send the order infor to the carrier. The script needs to be able to find the bundle, and add each individual item with it's SKU, and then delete the bundle item, then send to the carrier.
