Jackpot website build

I need to have a jackpot website made for gambling skins. Steam is a platform that supports many video games like Counter-Strike, Rust, Battle Ground. etc. In each games there is virtual items that you can buy or trade from other people. You have an inventory of these items. You can gamble your items on a jackpot website (the one I wanna make) where people put all their items in a big pot and at the end someone wins all the pot. We need bots as an inventory for the big pot. When a player wants to play on the jackpot they have to click on the 'deposit' button and a bot will send him an offer for the items he wants to deposit in. When the winner is picked(each player have a different chance of winning depending on the value of the items they put in), the bot that acts like an inventory for the big pot will send an offer to the player that won.
