I need an Ionic hybrid application that uses seedDMS as a back-end. Bidders should be familiar with both seedDMS and Ionic 4 or above. App should provide all functionality as the web portal of seedDMS. In addition the app should allow the user to: 1 - Allow user to draw on top of the PDF file. 2 - Allow user to save the file with the changes. 3 - Allow user to modify the drawing. 4 - Allow for zooming, panning, and scrolling view. 5 - Allow user to take pictures and save them as documents in seedDMS. 6 - Complete UI design and implementation. Notes: - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR FINAL BID. BUDGET OF THE PROJECT WILL NOT INCREASED! SO PLEASE DO NOT JUST PUT ANY AMOUNT. - YOU NEED TO INSTALL seedDMS LOCALLY IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT. - seedDMS needs to be the latest version.
