Improve Joomla Wishlist Extension for Wedding

I did an easy small homepage about the wedding of a friend. Now at the end I need to create a small crowdfunding-shop for the list of gifts people can provide them. I have some Joomla-Experience, but i'm missing time and know-how to improve it by myself. Now i need some work done by a freelancer. In generally: • improve a Joomla-based plugin/extension crowdfunding • translation of some words/therms to german • you have to deliver a fully responsive page for use on desktop/tablets/smartphones • care about the style and design in general, has to look modern and “western” • it has to be possible for me to change content backend afterwards  use free standard-editors • always remind: later me or other non-experts has to be able to change content Images, text and contest is already setup. It has to keep able to change afterwards. Please improve the Plugin/Extension/Site as described in the following pages.
