HTML, CSS JQUERY (Must) Expert for a football matches table

Please read the instructions carefully before you apply. I am trying to create a table that looks like one I will give in the link. The table is for football matches. It has Jquery filters. The data is NOT stored in database! I intend to use data from excel into WordPress post. So you will be affecting a html table inside a WordPress post. The filters use Jquery so don't apply if you don't know Jquery. Also, you must know how to paginate the table, make the table show 5 fixtures and 5 results by default out of the 100+ matches of the team. Remember data is not stored in database. We use html table inside a post. That's what I want you to manipulate. You will create 3 classes for tr to show different colors for win, draw and lose. My table will just contain tr classes but with classes will know what color to for result. The table must be responsive in all devices and look exactly the same as the one I will give. Pagination will reduce the number of matches per page using "Previous and Next" buttons. Apply and state final budget. Thanks.
