The problem:
-I have a script that was made that uses 49% of my equity on binance and uses DCA. I use it to trade on two coins. When a buy alert comes, a buy happens using about half (49%) of my equity. While that's in a trade, the other half of my equity can also be in a second trade. Only a max of two positions can be open at any time. Trades are generally less than an hour.
But to get more action, I want to add 3 or 4 coins, with the hope to have my equity being put to good use and always in a trade. If two trades are going simultaneously, each using 49%/49% of my equity, then ANOTHER buy signal comes on another coin, that trade would just be denied.
I tried to set this up, but things went haywire. Alerts on multiple coins came at the same exact time, causing three positions to be opened up. The delay feature for each order was written into alerts, but that didn't prevent this from happening. More than two orders open at the same time is a problem because I have a four layers of DCA and in the instance when three positions opened, not all trades had four dca layers, because insufficient funds.
The script is written in pinescript on tradingview and uses autoview to execute orders on exchange.
