Full website Drupal 8. Phase 1: Develop demo platform - 29/04/2018 07:51 EDT

This is a 4-week job ending 31st May 2018 to develop a demonstration web platform (non-public facing) to meet a contract milestone. Full release of a public beta website (Phase 2) is due at the end of July. Phase 3 is the mobile application. The successful Freelancer will have the opportunity to continue on to Phase 2 and Phase 3. The overall value of the project is circa AU$15,000. This will be a custom build. To give a sense of the complexity, the following features (at a minimum) will be required: The platform will allow people to self-register for a government agency. Registrations will be selectively geo-blocked at at the local council boundary level. A follow-up survey and reminders will be auto-generated by the platform. The application will be based on Drupal 8. The developer needs to have the skills to write custom modules as well as creatively adapting existing contrib modules. Vvery strong experience with all aspects of Drupal development is required, including: Development of Drupal content types, fields, blocks, regions, views, themes, templates, modules and other Drupal elements Creation of user registration, login and profile management areas Creation of complex forms and user flows Integration with both internal and third party APIs Integration with Drupal plugins and modules Familiarity with Pantheon hosting workflows Phase 1 is a demonstration of the application’s functionality. There are no theming skills needed for this stage.
