I need a developer to create a set of bootstrap-styled pages to handle the following pages for a personal website: 1. Account Creation - a page for users to register an account (requiring admin approval) 2. Login - verify a user's credentials 3. Poll submission - allows the logged in user to submit predictions via a poll/form. The data from these submissions should be stored in a flat file (csv or txt). 4. Current results page - this page presents the logged in user's current performance. The performance will be computed by myself, and stored in a flat file (csv or txt)
